My name is Gareth Lau. I'm currently a Senior Engineer at Ramp on the Core Growth team, primarily working on acquisition, expansion, and conversion across Ramp's products. If you're interested, I welcome you to check out my blog where I write about technical explorations and share things I've learned.

Prior to Ramp, I worked at Datadog as a Software Engineering Intern on the GCP integrations team where I designed and implemented a new gRPC service in Go that enhanced load balancer metrics. Before Datadog, I was a full stack developer intern at Condos.ca where I built a power dialer for their proprietary client relationship management platform. I worked at TELUS in the summer of 2019 helping modernize their workstation reservation application and Teksbotics in the summer of 2018 where I did robotics development and worked on a keyword spotting model.
